Your center enters read-only mode. You can still view customers, session history, and reports, but cannot start new sessions or place orders until reactivated.
How is pricing calculated? +
You pay per licensed device per month. A center with 10 machines on the Standard plan pays $30/month. You control the device count.
Can I manage multiple locations? +
Yes. You can create multiple centers under one owner account, each with its own staff, customers, machines, settings, and subscription.
Do I need to install anything? +
The management dashboard is web-based. The Orbitr client agent runs on each machine to enable monitoring, auto-login, and license management.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment? +
